Hotel Caesars Palace Dubai is seeking an outstanding Head Mixologist to create an inspirted beverage menu and lead the team of bartenders to deliver experiences that are routinely spectacular. A solid and dependable individual with proven ability to run big operation of an upscale, busy cocktail bar. Someone with natural passion for developing amazing  tasting (and looking) cocktails and beverages. A leader who can monitor, motivate, coach and inspire her/his service team.

As Head Mixologist, you will be the centre of attraction/ unique talent at the bar, demonstrating your magic to deliver unique and memorable guest experience. You will ensure quality, bar maintenance, and inventory functions in line with hotel's high standards making sure your operations run smoothly.
