Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Director

designed for an elite clientele. We are passionate about providing exceptional quality and a unique

experience in the shisha industry. We are now seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join

our team and promote our premium products to businesses in the luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and

events sectors.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new

business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and

the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Your primary responsibility will be to drive

B2B sales for our luxury shisha products to high-end venues, including hotels, restaurants, lounges,

and exclusive retailers. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role, where your sales expertise and

passion for luxury products will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand our presence in the luxury shisha

market.

• Identify new business opportunities and forge relationships with key decision-makers in the

luxury hospitality and lifestyle sectors.

• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat

business. Resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients and

competitors. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

• Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts with businesses in the hospitality, retail, and

lifestyle sectors.

• Present and demonstrate luxury shisha products to clients, showcasing their quality and

exclusivity.

• Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality of

products/services.

• Track sales performance and report on targets, pipeline, and revenue generation to senior

management.

• Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any client queries or concerns promptly.Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in luxury goods, hospitality,

tobacco, or related industries.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and the luxury market.

• Experience with CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.

• A valid driving license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are required for client

meetings and travel.

Required Skills:

• Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills to close high-value deals.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor

presentations and pitches to different business clients.

• Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with

business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.

• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury shisha market, and the ability to

quickly become an expert on the company's products.

• Time Management & Organization: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and

manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

• Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders at

high-end venues.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address challenges and create solutions that benefit

both the client and the company.
