WHAT WILL YOU DO

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Answer all incoming reservations calls as quickly as possible, and maximize covers to achieve the daily recommended target
• Ensure to confirm all booking and reservations within 24 hours
• Meet, greet and escort guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to their reserved tables throughout the Club, and pass relevant messages and responsibility to floor colleagues
• Check in guests, match with bookings and accept walk in members and guests if tables are available
• Handle members and guests’ enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets their needs
• Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason for cancellation/refusal and that all details are followed up and actioned
• Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout service to maximize guests’ expectations
• Maintain personal knowledge of all Club’s members and refresh your knowledge constantly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time
• Impeccable manners
• Immaculate personal presentation and well-spoken
