GENERAL MANAGER
PAPAIOANNOU RESTAURANT

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for overall planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Papaioannou operations for continuous contribution and improvement in revenues and cost controlling. Ensuring that the quality and standards of services are consistently maintained in highest level including operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the work areas. Taking full ownership of the general restaurant requirements as well as ensuring every aspect of Papaioannou standards and procedures.
