HR OFFICER 

Job Title                                   HR Officer 

Reports to                                General Manager 

Responsible for                        HR and The Team

Overview

In line with the mission that DOTS has and how we envision it within this and future markets, you are here to make a difference. As HR Officer, you are not only responsible for planning and managing the recruitment and human resources tasks of the venue, but you are also here to create an environment where our employees and our guests can feel welcomed and enjoy the variety of services that we have to offer. 

Main Responsibilities 

•        Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. 

•        Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding process. 

•        Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances. 

•        Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. •      Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. 

•        Coordinate training and development programs for employees. 

•        Maintain employee records and HR systems. 

•        Manage employee benefits programs.

•        Initiate wellness and health initiatives. 

•        Assist with performance management processes. 

•        Handle employee exits and conduct exit interviews. 

•        Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices. 

•        Support management in achieving organisational goals through effective HR management. Key Skills 

•        Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. 

•        Familiarity with labour laws and regulations. 

•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

•        Strong organisational and time-management skills. 

•        Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
