L’Airelle Rouge Restaurant is a new trendy International Food restaurant with modern twist.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain effective revenue management and up-selling processes to maximize revenues per cover.
- Liaise closely with Restaurant Partners to ensure that expenses are controlled and budgeted food costs are achieved
- Propose new marketing, product and service improvement initiatives to F&B management on an on-going basis for their approval prior to implementation
- Monitor reports, customer feedback, competitor activities and industry trends to ensure L'Airelle Rouge concepts, services and menus deliver required business results. Develop business proposals for any changes or innovations needed in order to maintain and/or improve market share
- Overall responsible for the quality of service in the Restaurant through maintaining consistently high personalized service standards, good food quality and presentation, in line with customers’ expectations. Ensure effective processes are in place for service recovery and complaint handling, if required
- Other tasks which will be elaborated upon during interview.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience within high-end restaurants in the UAE
• Well-versed in F&B menu costing and understanding other Finance-related matters.
• Proficiency in various computer software programs (IIKO, MS Office, POS, etc.,)
• Familiarity of French and Italian cuisine is expected
• Fluency in the Russian language is desired
• Excellent leadership skills with an employee-centric approach.
• Ability to set up and carry out effective Standard Operating Procedures.
