We are pleased offering you position of “Event Coordinator” with 88ALPHA which is the management group handling both TR88HOUSE and 88 TERRACE.

TR88HOUSE in Bluewaters quickly became the "It" Place for Birthday Parties ,  Cooperate Team Building and any other sort of Family Friendly Events .

The job entails organizing and executing specials affairs such as Birthday Parties , Cooperate Gathering and Celebrations . Functionally you will work with both Attraction Manager predominantly involving TR88HOUSE and Restaurant Manager for Rooftop . your responsibilities are including but not limited to :

• Discussing and confirming all event details, including the number of guests, floor layouts, venue, colour schemes, food, decor, theme, and budget with the clients.
• Booking Venue and liaising with Kitchen, Attractions and other service providers and vendors.
• Ensuring all food, drinks, chairs, tables, and decorations are delivered and set up on time.
• Monitoring guest confirmations and cancellations and answering any queries.
• Notifying clients of any changes or problems as soon as possible.
• Developing timeframes, checklists, and delegating tasks to the relevant parties.
• Staying current on all the latest design and party trends.
• Creating a portfolio of all events planned and collecting testimonials from satisfied clients. 
• Welcoming Geusts on arrival and coordinate with all stakholders to manage the party on the day . 
• Stay with custoemrs on Event Day and make sure party goes smoothly with no hiccups .
