Job Overview: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks in a friendly and efficient manner. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage the bar area, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses and utensils.
• Monitor the alcohol consumption of guests and adhere to all legal regulations.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including managing tabs.
• Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability of lifting and carrying heavy items such as bottles and kegs.
