Position: Waiter / Waitress
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Overview: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to enhance the dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that each guest has a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need and address any issues or concerns.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying trays of food and drinks.
