We are looking for a charismatic, assertive, and highly professional Door Manager to be the first point of contact for guests at our high-energy nightlife venue. This role is crucial in maintaining the venue’s exclusivity, managing guest flow, and ensuring a safe and seamless entry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and manage guest entry while upholding the venue’s exclusivity and brand image.
• Oversee reservations, guest lists, and walk-ins, ensuring a well-balanced crowd.
• Provide VIP guests and high-profile clients with priority access and a seamless experience.
• Enforce dress code and entry policies professionally, ensuring all guests align with venue standards.
• Collaborate with security to maintain order, prevent overcrowding, and handle difficult situations tactfully.
• Monitor guest behavior and manage potential conflicts before escalation.
• Lead the front-door team, ensuring clear communication and efficient guest flow.
• Brief door staff on special guests, events, and operational protocols before each shift.
• Work closely with management to optimize table allocations and guest seating.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the host team, promoters, and security personnel.
• Maintain a strong, professional presence, embodying the venue’s brand identity.
• Identify high-spending guests and work with hosts to maximize table bookings and upselling opportunities.
• Build relationships with regulars, VIPs, and promoters to drive guest loyalty and revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in nightlife, high-end clubs, or luxury hospitality.
• Confident, well-spoken, and assertive with strong crowd-control abilities.
