7 Management Dubai hiring Beverage Manager at Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate beverage operations.
Lead beverage team in everyday functions and assist with inventory control.
Construct menus with new or existing beverage creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
Plan orders of equipment and/or ingredients according to identified shortages
Working closely with purchasing department and dealing with suppliers and negotiating the best prices for beverage and bar equipment.
Continuous beverage analysis with the Director of Operations.
Working closely with the finance department and cost control ensuring that reports are accurate.
Be fully in charge of managing and training the beverage team.
Focus on increasing the operational profitability of the outlets in charge.

Requirements and skills:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Group Beverage Manager.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Up-to-date with wine, spirits, and beverage trends.
Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Advanced wine and spirits certificate
