You will be the first point of contact for guests, offering them a friendly smile and guiding them to their tables.

Responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact, you'll warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Handling the restaurant's reservation system, you'll take, confirm, and organize reservations to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
• Efficiently guide and seat guests at their designated tables, considering party size, special requests, and server availability.
• Addressing customer inquiries regarding menu options, restaurant services, and general information about the establishment.
• Handling incoming phone calls, taking reservations over the phone, and providing information to callers as needed.
• Encouraging guests to explore daily specials, promotions, or signature dishes to enhance their dining experience
